The Water Trek Aqua Route® system is patented and can be "Custom Tailored" to each basement water problem encountered. It addresses water from both sides of the footing, floor and walls. Trust your home to the leading name in basement waterproofing!-Basement Technologies!

Soil composition and footing wall floor construction vary greatly from one home to another. It is virtually impossible to analyze any soil and footing configurations until the floor is opened.

Your home is your most valuable asset…and each home and basement is different. The Water Trek Aqua Route® system is engineered with two (2) unique components. This design enables your Basement Technologies Representative to address and solve any sub-floor problem with a “Custom Tailored” cost effective basement waterproofing solution.

Independent research and testing prove that basement water originates from in front of the footing, as well as, from the footing foundation wall seam. The Water Trek Aqua Route® conduit has slots on both sides to accommodate both problem areas. The patented system is self-washing and virtually “clog free”.

We have always believed a pump with heavy duty ball bearing construction and piggy backed plugs should be the choice for the customer conscious water proofing company. After extensive testing, we chose Bell & Gossett (ITT) as our primary pump.

Bell & Gossett(ITT) has been in business for over 80 years and is the premiere American made pump manufacturer in the country. They specialize in heavy duty industrial/commercial pumping units and have “downsized” some of this special technology especially for Basement Technologies. We have committed to Bell & Gossett (ITT) company our entire line of primary dewatering pumps because we are confident that our reputation is compatible with theirs, and they are manufactured here in the United States. We carry two (2) primary pumps – 1/2, and 3/4 horse power.
